NYS DOH divorce certificate: $30 by mail; $45 plus vendor processing fee online/phone. County Clerk copies: CPLR 8019(f) rates1

Who may order

DOH certificate: either spouse or a person with a NYS court order. Court file: only a party or a party's attorney unless a court orders otherwise; anyone may get a 'certificate of disposition' from the County Clerk2
