Deed recording and indexing: $33.00 if not over 5 pages, $3.00 each additional page, $4.00 each additional reference (KRS 64.012(1)(a), eff. July 15, 2026); plus $10 permanent-storage reimbursement (KRS 64.012(3)); real estate mortgage $63.00 up to 30 pages3

$10 permanent records storage reimbursement on deeds, plats, marriage licenses, mortgages3
Certified copy fee
Certified copy of any record: $5.00 plus $0.50 per page after three pages3
