Yes, free: KYeCourts Public Court Records, guest access at kcoj.kycourts.net/… (trial-court public case information statewide). Appellate cases: C-Track Public Access, appellatepublic.kycourts.net/login (continue as public user). The separate paid AOC Criminal Record Report is under criminal-background.2

How the courts keep their files

Where to request
Requests for court case records go to the Office of Circuit Court Clerk in the county where the case was handled (Circuit, District, Family, Business Courts); AOC does not keep case records3

Circuit Court civil filing fees and miscellaneous costs are set by Supreme Court rule; service of process $20.00 per process, paid to the sheriff or serving officer4

Circuit clerk information submitted to AOC is public under KRS Chapter 61; centralized criminal history (state repository) is not5
Sealed and confidential records
Juvenile, mental health and domestic violence cases are confidential and excluded from AOC reports; expunged cases do not appear6
