Who holds it: County (or township) assessor sets assessed value; county auditor applies deductions, exemptions and other adjustments and sends certified net assessed values to DLGF; DLGF reviews budgets and converts them into tax rates; county auditor and treasurer calculate, generate and mail tax bills1

Statewide lookup

DLGF statewide databases compiled from county data: Tax Bill Search (past tax bills) in.gov/… and Assessed Value Search in.gov/…; DLGF also links the Sales Disclosure database (gatewaysdf.ifionline.org). Data come from each county and may lag; verify with the county auditor.2

File Form 130 with the local assessing official (one per parcel) by June 15 (of the assessment year if Form 11 mailed before May 1; otherwise June 15 of the year the tax bill is mailed); then county PTABOA hearing; then Indiana Board of Tax Review (Form 131); then Indiana Tax Court4
